Data visibility matrix + procurement summary
/trust gains a concrete table showing what each party (Railflows admin / Matched provider / Revealed provider) sees for each piece of buyer data. /security gains a procurement-friendly at-a-glance summary box at the top covering hosting, encryption, auth, audit, sub-processors, DPA, vulnerability disclosure, SOC 2 status and pen test status.

RFQ activity timeline
Every RFQ now has a chronological feed of audit-logged events. Buyers see milestone events (submitted, approved, reveal approved, comparison released, outcome); admins get the full feed in a dedicated tab.

Unified site footer + about page rebuild
Five-column site footer (brand + Product + How it works + Company + Trust & legal) shared across all public pages. /about gains 'Why now' (four market-timing arguments) and renames 'How we think about the work' to 'Operating principles' with sharper headlines.
- 2026-05-20Improvement
/coverage runs in preview-mode until the network grows
Coverage page now renders an eight-provider capability aggregate when D1 has no approved providers — same layout, same privacy filter, anonymous archetypes. Auto-flips to real D1 data the moment any approved provider appears.

/use-cases
Five sourcing patterns each with its own visual: corridor list (marketplaces), scoring weight bar (payroll), FX-spread range bars (treasury), sample RFQ card (fintech), chain×coin matrix (stablecoin).

Pricing, About, Contact
Honest Alpha pricing, three GA models on the table, what we won't do (sell ranking, hide commercial model). About explains the three commitments; Contact has direct mailto cards.
- 2026-05-19Improvement
Dashboard empty states
Buyer dashboard: 'Submit your first RFQ' surface with three expectation cards. Provider dashboard: 'Waiting for the right fit' with how matching works, what to do while waiting, what an RFQ looks like.
- 2026-05-19Improvement
Admin RFQ tabs + buyer stepper
Admin RFQ detail split into 7 tabs (Overview / Activity / Responses & Q&A / Reveals / Matching / Outcome / Curation). Buyer detail gains a 6-stage stepper. Provider Q&A is now chat-style.
- 2026-05-19Feature
Outcomes & intelligence
Admin records won / lost / stalled / withdrawn outcomes. Intro events, commercial validation signals and intelligence datapoints tracked per RFQ. /admin/outcomes and /admin/intelligence aggregate dashboards.

Buyer comparison dashboard
Overview / Providers / Coverage / Pricing tabs. Per-provider fit score with 12 normalised dimensions. Buyer feedback capture once released.

- 2026-05-19Feature
Provider response
Providers respond as 'interested', 'not a fit' (with reason) or 'question'. Indicative pricing normalised across providers — FX spread bps, transaction fees, settlement speed, prefunding, onboarding weeks.
- 2026-05-19Feature

Two-stage matching: hard filters (currency, corridor, payment type, volume floor, segment exclusions) plus soft scoring across 12 dimensions. Admin matching workflow to curate the candidate set.

Provider capability profile (coverage, payment types, settlement models, risk appetite, stablecoin) with admin approval workflow. Buyer 3-step RFQ editor with request-for-info and approval loop.
